The Daisy Collective

Inclusive fitness classes built for every child at every age.

Thoughtfully designed fun fitness classes for children and young people in Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire. No drills, no pressure, no competition; just movement and having fun.

Why exercise matters

Movement matters for all ages. Not just for physical health (which is of course important!) but also for confidence, emotional regulation and wellbeing.

The evidence is clear: regular physical activity supports academic focus, emotional resilience and long-term health. But statistics don't tell the whole story; what matters is that a child finds the movement they love. A child who dreads PE will find every reason to stop exercising as soon as they can, but those who enjoy it? They carry it with them for life. Children who find movement they love young don't just become healthier kids, they become healthy adults.

This is particularly true for neurodivergent children. For those with ADHD, regular physical activity can improve focus, emotional regulation and sleep. For autistic children, movement supports sensory regulation and body awareness. For all children, exercise can help with anxiety and regulation and is one of the most powerful tools available. Whatever their background, ability or starting point - every child deserves to enjoy movement.

That's where The Daisy Collective comes in.

Why I started The Daisy Collective

Sometimes the most important discoveries come from the most unexpected places.

In 2024 at the age of 39, I was diagnosed with ADHD and something suddenly made sense. Without realising it, I had been managing my ADHD through exercise for years. Movement wasn't just something I did - it was something I needed. It was regulating me, grounding me, keeping me well. When my eldest son was diagnosed and wanted to start exercising, I went looking for the right class for him. I wanted somewhere inclusive, somewhere thoughtfully designed, somewhere he would genuinely belong. And I couldn't find it.

So I decided to build it.

The Daisy Collective is born from personal experience, built with specialist knowledge, and driven by one simple belief - that every child deserves to find movement they love. Not because it burns calories or builds fitness targets. But because it helps their heart. It helps their mind. It helps with everything in between.
