Why I started The Daisy Collective
Sometimes the most important discoveries come from the most unexpected places.
In 2024 at the age of 39, I was diagnosed with ADHD and something suddenly made sense. Without realising it, I had been managing my ADHD through exercise for years. Movement wasn't just something I did - it was something I needed. It was regulating me, grounding me, keeping me well. When my eldest son was diagnosed and wanted to start exercising, I went looking for the right class for him. I wanted somewhere inclusive, somewhere thoughtfully designed, somewhere he would genuinely belong. And I couldn't find it.
So I decided to build it.
The Daisy Collective is born from personal experience, built with specialist knowledge, and driven by one simple belief - that every child deserves to find movement they love. Not because it burns calories or builds fitness targets. But because it helps their heart. It helps their mind. It helps with everything in between.
